By reserving, renting, or operating any vehicle or equipment provided by First Class Rental Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Renter") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

All renters and authorized drivers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued driver's license at the time of pickup. We may also require additional identification, such as a passport or state-issued ID. The name on the license must match the name on the reservation. We reserve the right to verify all documents before releasing the vehicle.

The rental period begins at the date and time specified in your rental agreement and ends upon the return of the vehicle. The vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Any extension must be approved in advance; unauthorized extensions may result in additional charges.

The vehicle may only be operated by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. The Renter agrees to operate the vehicle lawfully and with reasonable care. The vehicle must not be used for any illegal, reckless, or commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Vehicles returned later than the agreed return time may be subject to late fees. A late fee of [Late Return Fee] may apply for each [Time Period] beyond the agreed return time. If you anticipate a late return, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

The Renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle, regardless of fault. You must report any damage, accident, or incident to us immediately. You may be charged for repair costs, loss of use, and administrative fees as outlined in your rental agreement.

Insurance coverage, if provided, is subject to the terms, limits, and exclusions detailed in your rental agreement. The Renter is responsible for understanding the extent of coverage. We are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle or for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the rental.

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by [Cancellation Policy]. Generally, a full or partial refund may be available for cancellations made within [Cancellation Window] of the pickup time. Cancellations made after this period or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Please review your rental agreement for the specific terms that apply to your reservation.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your rental will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
